Salary Information:

- Base salary range in Los Angeles, CA and Bellevue, WA: $155,500 - $233,300
- Base salary range in San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA: $165,600 - $248,400
- Base salary range in New York, NY: $155,500 - $233,300

Job Description:

- Seeking a Cyber Privacy and Data Protection Manager to join **Members Only**'s team in various locations.
- Responsibilities include assessment, automation, process re-engineering, and managed services to help clients transform and mature their privacy program.

- Manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
- Apply current knowledge of privacy and data protection trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead execution of client engagements, including planning, directing, and completing assessments, program implementations, and managed services projects.
- Work with clients to plan engagement strategy, define objectives, and address privacy-related risks and issues.
- Proactively interact with key client management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and market privacy and data protection solutions.
- Support business development activities, such as client prospecting and proposal development.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Juris Doctorate, or related field required (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function serving cross-industry clients at a national level.
- One or more of the following certifications required: CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, or other related certifications.
- Deep understanding of global privacy and data protection regulations and frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, HIPAA, GLBA, NIST, ISO, and more.
- Experience with privacy assessments and program implementations.
- Experience with privacy tools such as OneTrust, , WireWheel, and BigID.
- Experience preparing reports and other deliverables for consulting engagements.
- Project management experience and ability to communicate privacy issues to clients.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
