This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become a part of a growing team and work on challenging and rewarding cases.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven (7) years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration. The ability to draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, including those that incorporate estate and income tax planning, is essential for this role. The candidate should also have experience in administering probate estates, including the preparation and submission of required filings with the Commissioner of Accounts. A valid license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting estate planning documents, including those that involve tax planning
- Administering probate estates and preparing necessary filings
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Leading in-person client meetings

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning and administration
- Ability to draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents

- Strong client relationship skills
