Law firm is a dynamic and high-volume Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Firm seeking a general legal assistant. The role is open to both experienced individuals and entry-level candidates. The position involves a variety of tasks, including answering phones, reporting claims, mailing, data entry, and providing Spanish translations if the candidate is bilingual. While litigation experience is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. Spanish-speaking abilities are considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage case files efficiently and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.
- Ensure compliance with all deadlines to avoid any legal or procedural issues.

Education and Experience Information

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm setting is required.
