Job Title: Corporate Attorney
Location: Rochester or Buffalo

Job Description:
- Handle a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions
- Draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve client goals
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- 3-7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent academic background

Salary Information:
- Estimated annual base salary range: $118,000 – $140,000
- Actual base salary based on experience, qualifications, and skill level

- 3-7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions preferred
- Prior experience in a reputable law firm is a plus
