Job Responsibilities:
The associate in the Data and Technology Transactions practice at the law firm is responsible for working on a variety of technology and intellectual property transactions. Key responsibilities include:

- Drafting and negotiating technology licensing agreements, development agreements, consulting services agreements, and distribution agreements.
- Engaging in strategic alliances and managing website and mobile application licenses along with terms of use.
- Handling IP-related work on acquisition, investment, or financing transactions.
- Ensuring the protection and maintenance of highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information in accordance with the law firm's policies.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required.
- The candidate should ideally belong to the 4th to 6th year associate class.
- Experience in technology and intellectual property transactions is essential.
