Job Title: Tax Director - Global Information Reporting

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing guidance on global tax information reporting and withholding rules.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is necessary.
- Candidates must have CPA, Enrolled Agent, or be an Active Member of the Bar.
- Preferred educational backgrounds include Management Information Systems & Accounting, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, and Taxation.
- Experience in providing guidance to clients regarding compliance with global tax information reporting is essential.
- Skills in researching complex tax issues and reaching valid conclusions are necessary.
- Familiarity with reviewing US IRS tax forms and related tax documentary evidence is required.
- Experience in leading staff in preparing and filing information returns is important.
- Ability to develop innovative technology solutions to increase efficiency is valued.
- Skills in training and managing local staff are crucial.
- Competency in executing client engagements to meet statutory, regulatory, and project-based deadlines is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is needed.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $438,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
