Key Responsibilities:
- Products Liability Litigation (required)
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
- Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
- Managing document collection, review, and production
- Causation and/or failure analysis
- Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Products Liability Litigation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Active member of the California Bar

Salary Information:
- Los Angeles, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
- San Diego, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
- San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
- Palo Alto, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $365,000
