You will handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and participating in oral arguments. To excel in this role, you should have experience before . district courts, the . International Trade Commission, or the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. You should also have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or an equivalent field. An advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.

- Salary range: $225,000 - $365,000 in New York
- Represents the firm’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting
- Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and location
