Attorney The candidate should have 1-3 years' experience as a practicing attorney. Prior creditor's rights, foreclosures, title or real estate litigation is a plus. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana (including federal/bankruptcy courts), and be in good standing with the State. Must be able to attend hearings in northern 1/3 of Indiana. Should have a high level of professionalism and know how to treat clients, co-workers, court staff and other counsel. Should have demonstrated team work and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
