Job Title: Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney (Spanish - English)

Job Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Immigration Associate Attorney will be tasked with handling immigration cases including VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, and SIJS. The attorney will work to support immigrants in obtaining legal status in the United States, with a focus on maintaining client safety and family unity. Responsibilities include:

- Providing legal representation and advice to clients in immigration matters.
- Demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for furthering immigrant rights.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members, ensuring honesty, empathy, and clarity.
- Exhibiting creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve the law firm's goals.
- Utilizing IT skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace/Suite, Excel, Slack, Monday, and Immigration Case Management Systems.
- Responding with appropriate urgency to client and team requests and situations.
- Maintaining a detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Committing to responsiveness towards clients, the legal team, and the CEO.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of attorney experience specifically in immigration cases, such as VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, and SIJS. The position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. A license to work in the United States is mandatory. While membership in the NJ Bar is not required, it is considered a plus.
