About the Role:

- Integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team
- Responsible for connecting lawyers, clients, and the Technology & Information Services Department
- Ensure technology systems, tools, and services meet the needs of attorneys and clients
- Develop technical strategies to improve efficiency and integrate applications and technology solutions into practice group’s workflow
- Located in New York, Washington, ., San Francisco, or Silicon Valley office
- Eligible for flexible working schedule with hybrid and in-office presence

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Stay informed of emerging technologies and innovative offerings
- Provide updates and analysis of new technologies and industry trends to firm and practice group leadership
- Leverage technologies into specific practices and coordinate pilot and proof of concept programs
- Make recommendations for strategic deployment of efficient processes and technology-related policies
- Communicate with third-party vendors and foster strategic relationships with industry organizations and thought leaders
- Protect and maintain confidential information
- Understanding of product development and management
- Proficiency in enterprise PC applications
- Knowledge of LegalTech product categories
- JD or equivalent and admission to relevant state bar
- Completion of intensive software development/coding bootcamp
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a law firm or legal operations role
- Litigation experience preferred
- Technology role experience preferred

Pay Range: USD $180, - USD $240, /Yr.
