Job Title: Litigation Intake Associate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while adhering to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Key duties include:

- Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the intake process for new clients.
- Developing assigned legal matters and analyzing legal issues specific to each case.
- Conducting demand reviews and negotiating on behalf of clients.
- Managing initial litigation processes, resolving matters, and disbursing client funds.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
- 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish proficiency is a plus).

Salary Information:
- The annual salary for the Litigation Intake Associate Attorney is $100,000, plus a guaranteed commission.
- Additional financial incentives include a $10,000 First Year Retention Bonus.
- The new commission structure, known as the Every Case Counts Plan, offers a commission on all attorneys’ fees collected.
