Job Title: Financial Restructuring Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Represent creditors, including lenders, bondholders, and trade creditors, in large chapter 11 cases and workouts.
- Represent debtors, asset purchasers, and other market participants in both transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring, both in and out of bankruptcy.
- Engage in legal research and analysis to support restructuring cases.
- Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve client objectives.
- Draft and review legal documents related to bankruptcy and restructuring processes.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients involved in financial restructuring.
- Participate in negotiations and court proceedings as required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Seeking candidates in their 2nd to 4th year of practice.
- Experience at a major law firm is required.
- Experience in large chapter 11 cases and workouts is preferred.
- Open to candidates with finance or litigation experience who are interested in transitioning to a bankruptcy practice.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000.
- The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including the qualifications of the applicant and years of relevant experience.
