- Seeking a Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate with 4+ years of experience for **Members Only**'s growing Corporate Practice.
- This position is available in multiple offices, including Austin, Madison, Milwaukee, Raleigh, and Salt Lake City.
- The attorney will provide legal counsel to publicly traded and privately held companies, investors, trusts, and other entities.
- Prior experience in public or private company deals or financings is preferred.
