Field Regional Solutions Consultant - Government Accounts

Job Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services to legal customers and prospects to maximize the use and understanding of company products.
- Communicate credibly with clients to understand their challenges and offer guidance, education, and consultation for improvement.
- Deliver specialized customer presentations to communicate the value proposition and differentiators from competitors to retain and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
- Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
- Conduct competitor research, analyze findings, and share information with Product, Segment, and Marketing teams.
- Gather desired feature and function intelligence from customers for future development and roadmaps.
- Utilize effectively all required processes, tools, and systems.

Education and Experience Information
- Must be able to travel 1-3 days per month.
- Self-motivated and capable of working solo while managing a territory.
- Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
- Capable of effective partnership and collaboration across teams.
- Legal Research experience or expertise is required.
- Excellent experience practicing law is necessary.
- Demonstrated excellent proven sales or training experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Juris Doctorate and bar license are highly preferred.
