Job Responsibilities:
The Fall 2025 Law Clerk position within the organization involves working in the Post Conviction Defender's Division. The primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support post-conviction proceedings.
- Performing investigations related to the cases handled by the division.
- Writing legal memorandums, post-conviction petitions, and motions for modification.
