This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse national and international client base on patent litigation matters.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a strong preference for those with a background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science. Candidates who have served as a federal judicial law clerk are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for a collaborative and motivated individual who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills are a must. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation of two to three days in the office per week.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $175,000 - $255,000. However, the actual initial salary may vary based on factors such as skills, training, experience, and location. This salary range is only one component of Faegre Drinker's comprehensive compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes bonuses, insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on patent litigation for a national and international client base
- Work with a diverse team of attorneys and clients in a collaborative environment
- Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to effectively advocate for clients
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in the intellectual property field

Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience in intellectual property litigation
- Background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science preferred
- Experience as a federal judicial law clerk is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
