Job Title:

Construction Law and Litigation Associate

Experience:
3-5 years of construction law experience (willing to consider candidates with no experience if they have a sincere desire to learn and practice construction law)

Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research related to construction law cases
- Drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and other necessary writings
- Attending court appearances and representing clients
- Collaborating with clients and co-workers to effectively handle cases

Qualifications:

- Strong academic record
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work well with clients and co-workers
- Prior experience in construction law (preferred)
