Job Title: Sr. Product Manager – GEN AI & Agentic Commerce (**Members Only** Commercial Solutions)
Job Responsibilities:
The role of Sr. Product Manager within the **Members Only** Commercial Solutions team encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at driving the expansion and optimization of **Members Only**'s payment solutions for global clients. The Sr. Product Manager is tasked with providing technical solutioning, client engagement, and acting as the "voice of the customer" for **Members Only** Commercial Solutions, particularly focusing on the Partner Program and APIs that facilitate B2B use cases. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing AI architectures, specifically focusing on GenAI and Agentic AI technologies.
- Collaborating across various disciplines, including AI engineers, product managers, and infrastructure teams, to leverage broad technical expertise.
- Supporting pre-sales engagement with key distribution partners for **Members Only** B2B solutions, understanding the needs and priorities of SMB and Large-Middle Market clients.
- Delivering technical sales solutions for optimized onboarding and creating new integrated solutions, including rapid prototyping with engineering and tech teams.
- Assisting issuers, FinTechs, and other ecosystem partners with onboarding onto the **Members Only** Developer platform and other **Members Only** Commercial Solution platforms.
- Leading discovery sessions and workshops with clients and partners to understand specific business requirements and value drivers.
- Developing solution designs and necessary configurations to address client needs and provide business value.
- Driving adoption, best practices, and quantifiable value for large customers, aiming to become their trusted advisor.
- Optimizing the partner onboarding process, engaging with partners for feedback, and developing metrics to highlight progress and success criteria.
- Acting as a subject matter expert on B2B product capabilities, use cases, and roadmap, and supporting stakeholder questions.
- Presenting and articulating the business value of proposed solutions to business managers and executives.
Education and Experience Information:
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 9 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 or more years of experience with an Advanced Degree, or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.
- Over 6 years of relevant experience in sales engineering or product management.
- Familiarity with LLM-powered systems, including retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and multi-agent coordination.
- Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks and open-source contributions to infrastructure, ML, or LLM tooling.
- Hands-on experience in launching GenAI products and driving real-world AI applications from concept to deployment.
- Understanding of B2B payments, virtual card payments, value-added solutions for corporates, payment tokenization, and issuer processing platforms/providers.
- Experience with modern API concepts, technical integration, and file delivery.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex, technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in product design and user flows is an asset.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and partners.
- Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas, and be flexible with changing priorities.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Salary Information:
For . applicants, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is between $143, and $207, per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments if applicable. Salary may vary based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonuses and equity.
