Attorney The candidate will work part-time and be currently licensed in Ohio (or pending admission). Experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation preferred. Will assist with the litigation process, manage the attorney calendar, review new files, draft motions and discovery, and make appearances. Must be willing to travel as matters warrant. This position can be full-time attorney or part-time. Great opportunity for a new attorney. Will be responsible for court appearances, pleading preparation, and file management. Minimum Requirements: Attorney must be licensed in Ohio. Kentucky and/or Indiana license would be a plus.
