Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation, including state and federal court cases, administrative practice before various agencies, and advising clients on labor-related matters. Duties:

  • Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters across various jurisdictions (state and federal courts).

  • Advise clients on employment law issues, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and more.

  • Manage administrative proceedings before local, state, and federal agencies.

  • Engage in labor-related matters such as labor arbitrations, negotiations, and unfair labor practice charges.

  • Provide counsel on transactional matters involving labor and employment issues.

  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda, with a focus on clarity and detail.

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including state and federal court experience.

  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation and administrative proceedings.

  • Experience in traditional labor matters, including arbitrations and negotiations, is a plus.

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to effectively manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.

  • Active Bar membership in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Education:

Certifications:
