Duties:
Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Conduct legal research and prepare analysis on a range of litigation topics
Support litigation teams across multiple practice areas as needed
Assist in managing discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Participate in court hearings, arguments, and case strategy development
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy
Prior experience handling motion practice and court appearances
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Commitment to high-quality client service
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the Delaware Bar (required)
