Qualifications for this position include:
- 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree

- Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, particularly in acquirer processing systems and card brand clearing and settlement systems
- Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop high-performing product managers in a diverse and inclusive environment

- Creative and unconventional product mindset with a track record of successfully solving complex product problems
- Executive presence and ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teams
