- Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys
- Utilize strong analytical and writing skills to assist with legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and providing legal advice and counsel to clients
Job Requirements:
- JD degree from 2020 to 2022
- 3-5 years of experience in structured finance CLO practice
- Admission to the New York State Bar is preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
