# Senior Criminal Defense Attorney - **Members Only**
**Members Only** is looking for an experienced Senior Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team at our Waukesha office. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in criminal law and be responsible for handling high-level felony cases.
**Compensation:** $45K-$70K

## Responsibilities
As a Senior Criminal Defense Attorney at **Members Only**, you will handle all aspects of criminal defense cases, both at the state and federal level. Your duties will include:
* Represent clients in court, before grand juries, and at pretrial hearings
* Prepare and file legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and appeals
* Identify and analyze applicable laws and legal precedents
* Research case law and legal documents
* Examine evidence and develop a defense strategy
* Negotiate with prosecutors to reach a plea agreement
* Prepare and present closing arguments in court

## Qualifications
