Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Duties: Taking and defending depositions, discovery, making court appearances, arguing motions in court, drafting mediation and arbitration briefs, trial briefs, drafting motions, and other pleadings.

Qualifications: Texas Bar License is required. Personal injury trial experience is required (2+ years). Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments with the number of cases assigned. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. Must be passionate about helping injured individuals seek justice. Must be passionate about helping injured individuals seek justice and enjoy being in the courtroom in order to accomplish the same.
