Salary Information:
- Base annual pay range for this role: $250,000-$370,000

Experience: 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience
Job Requirements:
- Strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and legal research and analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently
- Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice

Responsibilities:
- Assist with structuring and negotiating health care transactions
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues
- Implement contractual arrangements and counsel clients on legal issues affecting health care industry
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of strong health care transactional experience
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for health care stakeholders
- Strong health care regulatory background
- Knowledge of fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rules, value-based care, and health care antitrust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and legal research and analytical skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently
- Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice
Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients in the health care industry
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance issues
- Draft and review contracts and agreements related to health care transactions
- Assist with due diligence and negotiation of deals
- Stay updated on health care industry trends and regulations
