Here's what you need to know:

The Law Firm of Bryan Fagan is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join our growing team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $130,000 a year, based on years of experience. We also offer a hybrid work environment, with 1-2 days of remote work per week, as well as paid time off and an attractive billable hour incentive plan.

As an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney, you will focus on probate litigation, including non-contested and contested guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, trust disputes, and breaches of fiduciary duty. You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing trust and estate planning matters, drafting wills and other related documents, and providing expert legal advice to clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in estate planning and probate matters, with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a valid Bar license in the state of Texas. Proficiency with drafting and client management software, as well as MS Office or Google Suite, is also required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents
- Handle all aspects of probate and estate administration to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation
- Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and represent clients in court proceedings as needed
- Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual needs

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in estate planning and probate matters, with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Valid Bar license in the state of Texas, with at least 2 years of active practice
- Working knowledge of drafting and client management software, such as TxDoc or Clio
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Suite

Salary: $70,000 - $130,000 a year
