Responsibilities:
- Work on project development, commercial, and financial transactions as well as real estate transactions
- Possess knowledge of real property tax and land use and zoning (a plus but not required)
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project development, commercial or financial transactions, and real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $120,000 to $160,000 (not including bonuses or benefits)
Location: Syracuse (preferred but not required)
