Job Title: Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Product Liability & Mass Torts Associate will be an integral member of trial teams handling significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across various industries. The role involves working in some of the most challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients. The associate will be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional client service while also benefiting from associate development opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging in tort litigation, specifically in areas such as mass torts, product liability, and toxic/environmental torts.
- Conducting strong research, writing, and oral advocacy.
- Collaborating with team members to strategize and execute legal actions in high-stakes cases.
- Supporting trial teams in preparation and during litigation processes.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have:

- 3 to 5 years of tort litigation experience.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience in mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts at a large law firm.
- Local bar admission.

The position is open to candidates who are interested in working in any of the following locations: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, or Washington .

Salary Information:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000. The offered salary will be contingent upon various factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
