Job Description Law Firm is seeking an Attorney for its Tampa, FL Office to handle Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense litigation cases. Job Responsibilities: * Drafting and performing legal review and analysis and advising on issues. * Conducting legal research on PIP issues and preparing complex dispositive motions involving PIP. * Timely preparation of discovery to opposing parties, and responding to discovery by opposing parties. * Meeting requirements for designated minimum billable time. * Performing other duties as assigned.
