Law Firm Seeking Corporate Attorney with Lateral Experience
**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is currently seeking a Corporate Attorney with lateral experience to join our Business and Corporate practice. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and entrepreneurial attorney who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role offers the flexibility to work from our offices in Conshohocken, Philadelphia, or Cherry Hill, or remotely if located outside of these areas. We are looking for someone with experience in business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and contracts and corporate agreements. While being barred in PA and/or NJ is preferred, it is not a requirement. An LLM in Taxation is a plus, and a book of business is also preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the Business and Corporate practice
- Work with clients on business formation and succession planning
- Advise on corporate governance matters
- Assist with mergers & acquisitions
- Handle securities and corporate finance matters
- Draft and negotiate contracts and corporate agreements
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Barred in PA and/or NJ (preferred)
- LLM in Taxation (preferred)
- Experience in business and corporate law
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
