Summer Associate - Boston Law Firm - Summary:

The Summer Associate Program at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Boston office offers law students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and better insight into life as a junior associate at the firm. The program is designed to provide exposure to the three core practice areas: Corporate, Fund Formation, and Strategic Transactions & Licensing. Summer Associates will work directly with partners and associates on a variety of projects, including venture financings, commercial transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Compensation for Summer Associates is $4,327 per week for the duration of the program, with opportunities for additional bonuses and benefits. Rising 2Ls are eligible for 2L Summer Associate positions and may have the opportunity for full-time employment after successful completion of the program. The firm also offers a Gunderson 1L Diversity Fellowship for eligible 1Ls.

The program includes a robust training curriculum, featuring speakers and panels to help Summer Associates get to know the firm's attorneys, practices, and culture. Mentors, both formal and informal, are also available to support and guide Summer Associates throughout the program and beyond.
