Bilingual Pre-litigation Attorney The candidate will join a personal injury law firm. Will manage a high caseload with speed and efficiency. Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement. Negotiate personal injury settlements to meet monthly goals. Supervise a non-attorney negotiator who will assist in settlement of cases. Review medical records and bills for utilization in case development. Conduct file reviews for support team and give direction on cases. Perform cost/benefit analysis of settlement vs. litigation. Must have 3+ years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury. Should be familiar with applicable Texas laws. Must be licensed to practice law in Texas. Should be a fluent Spanish speaker.
