Position: Litigation Attorney
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Salary: Extremely competitive (revisited often to ensure competitiveness)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Education: Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
Bar Membership: Current member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage personal injury files from filing through trial
- Work up litigation files, including writing discovery and depositions
- Lead a litigation team of 5+ people
- Lead a pre-litigation team of 2-3 people
- Litigate a case from beginning to end
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Supervise and manage other team members
- Admitted to some or all Texas federal courts
- Experience in pre-litigation case management and negotiation
- Experience handling cases involving commercial motor vehicles
- Willing to expand trial skills and knowledge
- Willing to expand knowledge of trucking litigation and obtain board certification in truck accident law
- Ability to work independently yet be accountable
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
- Current member of the Texas Bar in good standing
- Trial experience preferred
- Commercial case experience a plus
- Experience litigating trucking and other commercial motor vehicle cases a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Office environment with normal business hours
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- Occasional movement around the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
- Constant use of hands/fingers to operate a computer and other office machinery
- Occasional use of stairs to access other floors and areas
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for presentations and events
