Transactional Attorney The candidates must possess at least 3 years of substantive experience with corporate and M&A, private equity, commercial lending and real estate transactions. Experience with contract review, trademark and copyright. Primary job responsibilities - Possess a working knowledge and understanding of corporate transactional work in M&A, private equity, commercial real estate and commercial loan transactions. Conduct due diligence, compliance and contract reviews. Draft corporate formation documents and other supporting documentation for transactions including disclosure schedules, corporate board resolutions and diligence matrices.
