Legal Secretary The candidate will be working with attorneys, some of whom may be partners in the firm, managing calendars, ensuring adherence to client litigation guidelines, handling correspondence and pleadings as well as travel. Should be well organized to assist these busy lawyers in making sure deadlines are met. Should have experience working for lawyers that go to trial where the secretary has experience managing large loads of exhibits and complex witness scheduling for trial. Most of cases are medical malpractice defense cases and have some degree of complexity to them. 3 year of experience required.
