We are now opening an office in Oklahoma City to better serve our expanding clientele and are looking for a strong leader to join us in our new office! Heading 2 Job Opportunity We are now looking for a Lead Attorney to join our team in Oklahoma City. The Lead Attorney will maintain and manage all phases of personal injury claims, including but not limited to research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Additionally, your team will include a case manager to assist with managing the high-volume caseload, client interactions and drafting & completing various correspondences and documents. Heading 2 Requirements MUST have an active Bar license in Nebraska and at least (3) years of personal injury law experience. Law Firm is now recruiting for a Lead Attorney to join their Oklahoma City office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing law firm and become an integral part of an energetic team. The Lead Attorney will be responsible for managing a high-volume personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation claim process, interacting and negotiating with insurance companies, and communicating and maintaining positive client relationships. The successful candidate must have an active Bar license in Nebraska and at least (3) years of personal injury law experience. They must also possess exceptional organizational, prioritization and time-management skills, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.
