Job Title: Specialized Tax Services - Research & Development Tax - Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
- Holding a CPA, being a Member of the Bar, or possessing other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

- Knowledge of Research & Development (R&D) tax issues and skills in analyzing organizations for R&D tax benefits.
- Technical skills with research credit regulations and experience with R&D databases.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, project workflow, and budgeting.

- Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to develop skills outside of your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Specialized Tax Services - Research & Development Tax - Manager position is $99,000 - $266,000. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
