Job Title: 2026 2L Transactional Summer Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The 2026 2L Transactional Summer Associate at the law firm will be exposed to the breadth of the firm’s practice and the range of talents among its lawyers. The summer program promises challenging assignments, practical training, and opportunities to work and socialize with many of the firm's lawyers. The program is designed to provide a realistic view of the firm through challenging work and practical training, allowing associates to make an informed decision about joining the firm after graduation or a clerkship. Associates will engage in collaborative practice, emphasizing the value of individual lawyers and the importance of each lawyer’s development. The program supports lawyer development through partner mentors, established competencies, tailored training programs, and performance-based compensation.
Education and Experience Information:
Eligible candidates for the 2L position must be full-time, first-year law students expecting to graduate from an ABA-accredited law school in 2027. The firm seeks students with an interest in transactional work whose academic and personal record of achievement demonstrates a commitment to excellence.
