Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist and provide a range of legal support and administration to lawyers and other legal professionals engaged in the firm's practice of representing financial institutions in bankruptcy, foreclosure, residential real estate or mortgage law. Assist attorneys in the representation of clients in judicial foreclosure proceedings. Organize and track case files assigned. Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions for various stages of the judicial foreclosure process. Prepare correspondence. Proof legal forms and documents for accuracy. Communicate with clients verbally or via third party systems. Organize, analyze and cross-check/validate information. Ensure timely and accurate billing of work completed. High school diploma degree is required. Should have 2+ years experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Paralegal certificate is a plus.
