Duties

  • Represent clients in matters before regulatory bodies such as the SEC, DOJ, and FINRA.
  • Provide regulatory counseling to broker-dealers and investment advisers.
  • Collaborate with partners and clients across various jurisdictions.
  • Engage in pro bono work with billable hours credit.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in government investigations or regulatory enforcement.
  • Superb academic credentials and writing skills.
  • Experience with regulatory agencies or as a judicial law clerk is highly valued.
  • DC bar admission is required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the DC Bar.
