Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and support reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide training to all professional levels
- Project manage upgrades and system enhancements
- Collaborate with different departments to align with strategic objectives

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Certificates: Microsoft certification related to advanced skills in Power BI

Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years in technical support, preferably in a law firm or legal software company
