Job Title: Lead Employee Relations Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted adviser, driver, and subject matter expert on resolving workplace investigations, performance and conduct concerns, conflict resolution, and exit matters.
- Understand company culture and values to provide thoughtful consultation to the Employee Relations Consultant team and key partners, including HR Business Partners, Employee Experience COEs, managers, and leaders.
- Lead regional Employee Relations (ER) projects and initiatives and contribute to global projects.
- Support and partner with Employee Relations Managers and Consultants teams on development, onboarding, and complex issues, including investigations. Supervise progress by coaching on cases, reviewing documentation, influencing partners, and resolving issues timely.
- Deliver data and insights, including sentiment reporting, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc requests.
- Monitor and review policies and processes, proposing and implementing solutions to reinforce standard processes.
- Serve as a point of ,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
- Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
