Overview:

Greenberg Traurig, a leading law firm in New Jersey, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated litigation associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing abilities, and previous experience in a mid to large law firm. This is a full-time position, and candidates must be in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.

Responsibilities:

- Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage traditional and electronic discovery
- Appear before state and federal courts
- Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
- Provide support to the litigation team as needed

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of litigation experience
- JD from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in a mid to large law firm preferred
- Federal clerkship experience is a plus
- Must be in good standing with the New Jersey Bar
