Law Firm Seeking Full-Time Paralegal Assistant with Minimum 2 Years Legal Administrative Experience
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
Introduction:
- Currently seeking a highly motivated Paralegal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years legal administrative experience
- Opportunity for growth from Assistant role to full-time Paralegal role
- Background in Special Districts, Municipal & Local Governments preferred
Responsibilities:
- Work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
- Experience with NetDocs preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Research and writing skills
- Adaptable to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate desired
- Must be able to work in the office five days a week for the first six months
- After six months, option for hybrid schedule of two days in the office and three days remote
