Law Firm Seeking Experienced Billings & Collections Analyst in Paris, France

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing monthly billing/collection cycle
- Monitoring aging targets and reducing lock-up period
- Ensuring compliance with firm guidelines and local rules
- Reviewing and verifying accuracy of billing and supporting documentation
- Working closely with partners and Accounts Manager to deliver results
- Organising and attending monthly meetings with partners
- Inputting vendor invoices into Chrome River
- Assisting with special projects and providing cover for accounting staff

Qualifications:

- Fluent in French and English
- Extensive knowledge of local rules and EU VAT
- Experience with billing in a foreign currency
- Proficient in budget management and task codes
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Previous experience in a French/US law firm
