Experience Information:

Staff Counsel, eDiscovery Services Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and code documents for legal matters
- Coordinate communication between lawyers and contract review teams
- Perform quality control review of document coding and redactions
- Conduct initial review trainings and team meetings
- Identify, escalate, and track questions and issues to legal professionals
- Prepare and edit privilege log for production
- Analyze contracts and agreements according to specified criteria
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited institution
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in state of employment
- Minimum 3 years of document review experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of document review platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and dedication to work product quality
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under deadlines
- Understanding of attorney-client and work product privilege
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed
