Job Title: Summer Intern
Job Responsibilities:

- Research corporate voting dispute issues and apply findings in public stockholder meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs for appellate courts and attend oral arguments.
Education and Experience Information:
- The program is targeted at law students, specifically those at the beginning of their legal careers.

Special Training Programs:
- Participate in an orientation program, ethics discussions, and training sessions on intranet research systems.
