Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Attorney - Associate will support the Litigation Partners and Senior Associates at the law firm in a diverse range of commercial litigation matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Taking and defending depositions
- Arguing motions in court
- Providing support during mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Conducting thorough legal research and preparing legal memoranda
- Drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs
- Engaging in significant client interaction and managing cases, potentially taking on "first chair" responsibilities on multiple cases as needed

Candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen attention to detail. They should exhibit composure and professionalism at all times and be committed to proactive problem solving for clients.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must be admitted in good standing to the Pennsylvania Bar and possess two or more years of experience in civil litigation. Experience as a judicial clerk may be considered applicable to this requirement. Additional admissions in Ohio and/or West Virginia are preferred.

Salary Information:
The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
